From Facebook:
Apparently there are some among us who don'tunderstand that Medicare as we know it WILL END ITSELF.
Apparently there are some among us who don't care that Obama's "approach" and lack of budget hasn't WORKED and only plunged us into extraordinary debt, unseen in our lifetimes.
Apparently there are some among us who don't realize that Pell Grants, etc, are all going away ANYWAY because we've broken the system.
Apparently there are some among us who do not realize that the wealthy themselves will be going AWAY, just as in France where they're talking about a 75% tax, because there's NO MORE MONEY.
Apparently there are some among us who don't realize that Obama has big plans for TAX HIKES after the election.
Banning forms of BIRTH CONTROL? Who thinks the hideous procedure of partial birth abortion is birth control?
Andrea Mitchell thinks the Ryan pick makes it a "base election," unlike the bizarre Obama campaign:
Andrea Mitchell loses her voice while reacting to the Paul Ryan speech: "This is a base election. This is not a pick for suburban moms, this is not a pick for women."
CROWLEY: ...that this might be, looks a little bit like some sort of ticket death wish. That, oh, my gosh, do we really want to talk about these thing? Is this where we want to go when the economy is so bad? We could have stayed on that.Does Ms. Candy not see the relation between the economy and the budget?
Are these people--Dems & the media but I repeat myself--so stupid as to think WOMEN and SUBURBAN MOMS think only of themselves and not of their CHILDREN?
At some point, I suppose it's hopeless to assume that the media will realize that much of the Tea Party is made up of grandparents---the baby boomers who had idyllic childhoods and want their grandchildren to have the some.
And maybe someday the media (not really) will realize that the Tea Party also has mothers in it who want the best for their children--not some hollow shell of a country that offers no HOPE and only CHANGE into a society that is more communistic and concerned with the collective than the individual or the family.
Hoosierman's right: Ryan and Romney are fresh looking and younger than Plugs and the "graying Obama," who appears increasingly unhinged.
Now Romney, who knows how to win, needs to step up to the plate and just do it.
