Creepy touching guy

This is what happens when you try to investigate organizations improperly spending money. This reporter goes up to a woman to query her about the suspect misspending when she says she has to run a meeting, at which are present about 4 and a half people. She acts like it's a really big deal for her to talk to him and meanwhile this creepy little guy comes up and touches the reporter FORTY ONE TIMES, saying "My name is Marc Slavin and I just want to welcome you here," numerous times, later claiming he knew it was the purpose of the reporter to "disrupt" the meeting, which is hilarious because the meeting is ridiculously ill attended, the lady in charge of the program never talks to the reporter even after the event, and the little touching guy exhibits symptoms of adultophilia. At the end of the meeting, little touching guy acts very prissy, like he has prevented some terrible infraction from occurring by putting his slimy little white hands all over the reporter, who is about 6 foot 4. And somehow the reporter's questions about the misspending of funds are never answered. Interesting. Bet the reporter redoubles his efforts. Bet little touching guy only made it worse.
