Lots of questions about the census

Have you SEEN the American Community Survey? It's 58 pages, very intrusive and they come to your door if you don't answer it. The questions are things like "How did you get to work last week?" "How much was your electricity last month?" If you don't answer it, you will be fined. You can find the ACS here. It is an extension of the Census. What is NOT encouraging is that duplicates of the survey were sent to certain homes who were unlikely to return them. Huh? How do we trust a government office that intentionally sends double censuses to only certain households? How?
