Ask the union members (teachers and staff) what concessions they were willing to make in order to help the school district with the budget crisis. Keep in mind these were the some of the same people who asked the voters to pay more taxes on a levy more than a year ago. They said to do it for the children of the community. Please, I'm dying to hear the answer.
