Now that H.R. 3590, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has been jammed down the throats of the American People, the Progressives will be on the road trying to sell it, and that's just what Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur intends to do. Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur will be meeting with her constituents to offer "assistance in explaining the benefits of the health insurance reform legislation."  I think we should help her.
