And who represents the 1%?

Before you weep crocodile tears over income inequality notice who represents the 1 percent. Eight of the 10 richest congressional districts are represented by Democrats. Per capita income means every man woman and child in Carolyn Maloney's Upper East district has an average annual income of $75,479. Compare this wealth to Ohio's where household income was $46,093 in 2010, down from $54,395 in 2000.
