Democratic leaning Public Policy Polling (PPP) shows Scott Walker leading Tom Barrett 50 to 47 percent. According to PPP the race has tightened since their last poll. The margin of error is 2.8%. Barrett leads among women and non whites while Walker wins men, whites and older voters.
This is something I don't understand. How do you go from a 7 point lead to a 3 point lead in a couple days, given that so much publicity has taken place regarding the issues.

Party wise, their sample had a few more Republicans than DEmocrats. It worries me a little but expect PPP to try to put the best spin on it for the Democrats
