A Kick Back To The Muslim Brotherhood?

As if $51.6 billion in the State Department's foreign aid budget wasn't enough the Obama administration is proposing a payoff to the Muslim Brotherhood in his proposed "Middle East and North Africa Incentive Fund " better known as the "Arab Spring Fund". The boondoggle payable to Muslim despots would amount to $770 million and "will provide incentives for long-term economic, political, and trade reforms to countries in transition -- and to countries prepared to make reforms proactively."
