Another $300 billion in the hole?

Hard to believe, but it looks like Obama will be suggesting spending another $300 billion we don't have. From the AP:
The economy weak and the public seething, President Barack Obama is expected to propose $300 billion in tax cuts and federal spending Thursday night to get Americans working again. Republicans offered Tuesday to compromise with him on jobs — but also assailed his plans in advance of his prime-time speech.
Of course, this will also entail excoriating anyone who disagrees with him and no way to pay for the additional expenditures, not that tax cuts are expenditures.
How eager was Obama to get to the speech while he was on vaca? Not very.
Until, of course, when he came back from vacation and told, did not ask, Congress what date he wanted to give the big speech, which, we all know, was moved to Thursday.
Eager as he was to give the speech and fight the Republicans for the date, he who was to set back the oceans is now waffling on telling his whole plan in one speech.
  WTF.
  Winning the future.
How is that winning the future?
Either he has a plan that everyone who wants to work or he doesn't.
Present it to the public in pieces.
  Dribble it out.
  WTF.
