A clear thinking morning roundup, without fear

Pelosi, looking tremendously like Big Sis beaming from a huge screen over at Real Clear Politics, wants to bring more people into the middle class, which she surely has done through her job wrecking policies. Many of us are well on our way to being lower class pretty soon as the spiral continues. This is clearly income redistribution and the irony is that the congress critters are some of the wealthiest among us, for many than one reason. Apparently THEY think they have the right to take make from the productive and hand it to the non-productive, because that's the only way you subsidize the "poor." It's not Robin Hood. It's robbin' the hood...MY hood. Video is at RCP. Her comments:

We're talking about addressing the disparity of income where the wealthy people continue to get wealthier and some other people are falling out of the middle class when we want to bring many more people into the middle class. But that disparity is not just about wages alone, that disparity is about ownership and equity. It's all about fairness in our country," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said to the United Steelworkers on Monday.
National Enquirer says the White House is concerned about Michelle O's spending. I don't know why they would be concerned about public perception since they seem pretty tone deaf. If they were, maybe they'd be concerned about how many times The One is seen partying and golfing during this recession.  He's golfed more Bush did in 8 years, but then again he's added more to the national debt than all presidents before him...combined.
How does it make sense to pour money into losing causes? How does it make sense to dump more and more into programs proven not to work? You have to TAKE from the productive to do this though, to give to those who don't work or don't WANT to work. Some people are talking over at NRO:
One of the goofier notions behind the War on Poverty is the idea that that those in the underclass behave differently than the middle class because they have less money — and, therefore, the way to improve behaviors is to give the poor more income. The U.S. already has “invested” over $15 trillion in anti-poverty spending based on this idea, and the problem has gotten markedly worse.
HOW many House seats are in play? You say WHAT?
It's hard out there for a Messiah. Doesn't anybody CARE?
Disappointment in Obama in BOYSTOWN? How can this be?
Best commentary on talk radio-Midnight Truckin'. Free podcasts here. Hours 4 & 5 October 19 are GREAT.
So what shovel ready excuses is The One preparing if his party suffers significant losses in two weeks? I mean, if Barney Frank, John Dingell and DENNIS KUCINICH are in trouble, somebody's got to be to blame, right? Not Obama though! Byron York has a suggested list here.
Pick your Republican candidate and shoot your money over that way. Circumvent the establishment.
Those Republican women (whor#s!) are mystifying, are they not? What's motivating them? Of course, we understand they aren't authentic women, because some of them are, um, pro-life (tiny baby in the womb needs protection?) or something like that. MSNBC ponders the Mama Grizzlies and their motivation for wanting to run for office. That's a democrat's gig, right?

I wanted to ask all the gurus here, why so many of the Tea Partiers are women. I find that just intriguing and don’t quite understand why that has happened,” Stahl said.
To which the panel replied: “I have no idea.” “Sarah Palin?” “I don’t know.” “I don’t know either.”
After nearly two years of protests, speeches, and signage, the Tea Party — it seems — is still a mystery to some media insiders.
Oh, YEAH, wonder what they'd do with the 38 BLACK REPUBLICANS running for office? Huh? Skin not black enough?  Just out of meanness, I'm going to contribute to as many BLACK REPUBLICANS I can, especially Star Parker and Allen West.
Are we THINKING CLEARLY this morning yet, fellow patriots?
Just for fun, let's bail out the RENTERS next!!!
