Lazy politicians, legislators don't bother to read up on the job

What is it with these guys? Janet Napolitano, former governor of Arizona, doesn't bother to read the Arizonan bill before condemning it. Eric HOlder testifies on Capitol Hill about it, and admits he hasn't read the bill. None of the morons who passed the health care bill read it, as is evidenced by all the terrible and drastic stuff we are finding in it. Conyers (wasn't it Conyers?) LAUGHED at the prospect of having to read the legislation he signs. You'd need a lot of time and a lawyer? WHAT ARE WE PAYING THESE PEOPLE FOR? OH, WAIT! THEY ARE ROYALTY AND WE AREN'T TO CRITICIZE!
