Twisted sister(s)

One wonders how even MSNBC hosts can be so insipid not to realize that a true religion of peace is one where the believers do not behead those with whom they disagree.
Most angering, however, is the claim by MSNBC commenters that Muslims have the right to be upset enough to behead people if someone *desecrates* their holy book, while if the Christian Bible is desecrated, it's quite a different thing.
  From Weasel Zippers:
GHOSH: The thing to keep in mind that’s very important here is that the Koran to Muslims, it is not — it is not the same as the Bible to Christians.
The Bible is a book written by men. It is acknowledged by Christians that it is written by men. It’s the story of Jesus.
TODD: Yes.
GHOSH: But the Koran, if you are a believer, if you’re a Muslim, the Koran is directly the word of God, not written by man. It is transcribed, is directly the word of God.
That makes it sacred in a way that it’s hard to understand if you’re not Muslim. So the act of burning a Koran is much more — potentially much, much more inflammatory than —
TODD: Directly attacking — directly attacking God.
GHOSH: — than if you were to burn a — burn a Bible.
TODD: Directly attacking God.
While there's no doubt that *God* can take care of Himself but these doofuses might find out one day that the WORD of GOD was written by man as dictated by GOD, according to  Christian doctrine.
Really, even if you're an atheist, it is absurd thinking not to respect that belief.
So why is it okay for leftists to excuse the bad behavior of fundamentalists who whack people's heads off if they hear something they don't like?
Anyone's religion is important to them. And every religion is believed because people think it's true, not because they think it's a lie.
To sit in front of a television camera and spout this kind of outrageous vile reveals much about the souls and minds of people who feel so free to make comments like this.
It also reveals the true religion of peace.
One that doesn't behead others out of anger for any reason.

Meanwhile, all variety of so-called politicians and so-called conservatives are climbing out of the closet to condemn the minister in Florida who burned the Koran and who isn't finished with pushing the world into confronting their own dishonesty regarding the beheaders.
Harry Reid has promised to look into the problem of free speech with regard to burning the Koran.
Lindsey Grahmnesty has moaned that free speech can just go, darn it, too far sometimes.
While the dream of a friendly Arab world has ended for Barack Hussein Obama, Graham is taking a beating from those commenters who are supposed to be friendly to him and his ilk, whatever that is.
Mark Steyn on Lindsey Pansey Graham:
A mob of deranged ululating blood-lusting head-hackers slaughter Norwegian female aid-workers and Nepalese guards — and we’re the ones with the problem?
I agree with the Instaprof: Lindsey Graham is unfit for office. The good news is there’s no need for the excitable lads of Mazar e-Sharif to chop his head off because he’s already walking around with nothing up there. And, as for his halfwitted analogy with World War II, he’s too ignorant to realize it but he’s singing the dhimmi remake of an ancient Noel Coward satire.
General Petraeus isn't immune from criticism either.
  Really.
Can things get any more bizarre?
