Feds gear up to bail out schools

Of course, this doesn't solve (fairly, at least) the problem of underfunded pension plans. Teachers need to get real about these issues; a bailout is a temporary fix. But, then, haven't all the bailouts been temporary fixes? And how many businesses/companies are going to need their pension funds bailed out by the government? It's not right.
