Changes coming in education

This administration thinks No Child Left Behind is too harsh because children have to meet certain standards, just as this administration thinks everything the Bush administration did was wrong,wrong, WRONG. This new law (there's alway a new one) will encourage kids to, um, get out of high school, um earlier. We'll just assume they've learned, well, something.
