How badly will Hillary's RICO trial hurt her campaign?

A hat tip to fireandreamitchell.com for reminding me that the RICO suit against Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation will be coming to trial on January 20 just before the Iowa caucuses. The suit, Klayman v. Clinton et al, was filed in Southern Florida District Court on March 24, 2015 and the nature of the suit is " Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations". Now there's a legacy builder! The amended complaint doesn't mince words and reads in part;
The Defendants have systematically and continuously, over the last ten (10) years and more,
conducted a corrupt enterprise in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (“RICO”) Act, all of which acts are continuing in nature.
The plaintiff Larry Klayman is a former federal prosecutor and founder of the watchdog organization, "Freedom Watch." He expects to force both Clintons to testify and at the time the suit was filed asked the judge to seize the email server. Since then the FBI has taken custody of the server. The upshot of the case is Klayman filed a FOIA request for information with the State Department. The State Department did not have the requested information as it was on the private email server. The purpose of the server was to illegally circumvent FOIA requests and to hide illegal business with individual. corporations and foreign governments.
Undoubtedly the Clintons will argue for a dismissal and failing that a stay to put off the embarrassment until after the election but the thought of another round of depositions being taken in the White House is apt to cool the voters' ardor for the first woman president. Klayman lays out his case in the video below.
