Obama's disapproval hits all time high

Obama's disapproval rating by the Gallup poll has reached an all time high of 56% while his approval lags at 40%. The approval stat has been lower at 38%.
In the Real Clear Politics average of polls the President stands at -10.3. The Rasmussen poll which is included in this average has become something of an enigma. As of today it rates Obama at -3 with 48% approving and 51% disapproving of his job performance. On the February 24 it was the only poll to give Obama a positive approval rating. It recorded a +5 with 52% approving and 47% disapproving.
