The million man shakedown

The public has long given up on anything approaching competence from the present administration but one would think Obama, Sebelius et al would at least try to maintain a facade of honesty on a program that depend so dearly on the public trust, namely Obamacare. How badly was the money for the healthcare.gov website misspent? FMS Software developer Luke Chung finds the cost stunning at the going rate of $200 per hour. If the site cost was $200 million and many estimates are twice that, it represents 1 million man hours or about 5000 man years. Let's put that in perspective. It takes about 30 man hours of labor to assemble the typical American made automobile. One million man hours would translate into 33,333 automobiles which is about 3 times the number of Chevy Volts sold in 2012.

The more one looks at Obamacare the worse it looks.
