Valerie Jarrett, president in absentia

Rush opened today with an article from The Conservative Report which claims that they have an inside tip that one of the reasons the White House is so tight lipped about what happened in Benghazi is that, given that Obama was mysteriously missing, Valerie Jarrett was the one who told the military to stand down and desert the Americans who were murdered that night in Benghazi.
Apparently US Special Forces were nearby "on the tarmac in Tripoli," ready to come to the aid of the fighting Seals and Ambassador; no such help came, as orders were given to do nothing.
  Conservative Report:
The second, and most troubling aspect of the refusal to issue Cross Border Authority is, who issued the refusal. Rather than the President, the Commander In Chief, making critical decisions, granting or denying the authority to initiate offensive-actions in support of our valiant fighting men, the decision not to take action was made by a person, to whom the people did not elect, nor did the Congress have confirmation power over.
Jarrett is famous also for her manipulation of the POUTUS who willingly consults her for advice on the most sensitive of topics and who 3 times stopped POUTUS from going after bin Laden.
Obama, who is known for partying even during crises when his administration is meeting without him, relies heavily on Jarrett, who has been his advisor for many years going back to Chicago and has a shady history of doing whatever she needs to do to get what she wants.
She is considered the unelected power behind Obama's throne.
