Seniors Like Paul Ryan's Budget

All day long Democrat talking heads have been telling us that Paul Ryan is poison to senior citizens. Yes, they will run from the Republicans like cattle in stampede. Perhaps they should have asked seniors before they ran their mouths. Gallup did ask about the Ryan budget and the answer from seniors doesn't blend well with Democratic talking points. Aside from being the most reliable voters seniors are also the most informed voters and they prefer the Ryan budget to the Obama/Democrat plan whatever that may be. The poll was taken last year but there is no reason to think there has been any shift in opinion. Among seniors Republicans hold a six point lead over Democrats in public perception of which party would do a better job dealing with the federal budget, according to the survey. 48 percent prefer Republicans, while 42 percent prefer Democrats in Congress.
