Fast & Furious Gun Seized in Plot to Kill Tijuana Police Chief

The El Paso Times is reporting that a Fast and Furious gun was seized from a group who were plotting the murder of Julián Leyzaola who later became the Tijuana police chief. The weapon was sized Feb. 25, 2010 during the the arrest of four suspects who belonged to a Sinaloa cartel crime cell. Last week it was disclosed that a weapon the ATF let walk was used in the murder of the brother of the state of Chihuahua Attorney General Patricia Gonzalez. The article also states that Mexican lawyers in the US will bring a suit against the ATF presumably on behalf of the Mexican government.
