White House Marks Ramadan with Dinner

Yes, the same President who canceled our national day of prayer did have time to mark the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan as a "time to cherish family, friends and neighbors, and to help those in need.” Not stopping there Obama gave a shout out to his good friends at the Muslim Brotherhood.
"This year, Ramadan holds special meaning for those citizens in the Middle East and North Africa who are courageously achieving democracy and self-determination and for those who are still struggling to achieve their universal rights," he said. "The United States continues to stand with those who seek the chance to decide their own destiny, to live free from fear and violence, and to practice their faith freely."
Yes, these are the tolerant souls who last week showered his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with overripe produce and shouts of "Monica".
"Practice their faith freely" doesn't mean Catholics can forget about the HHS mandates that has made his HHS the target of some 60 lawsuits. And just so everyone knows that the administration takes the separation of church and state seriously The White House will host an iftar dinner, the traditional evening meal observed during Ramadan. Save me a pork chop.
