Obama's war on coal is not a war that must be fought. It also a war he's not likely to win. Clearly the coal companies will not give up without a fight. Obviously when a felon in a federal pen as in West Virgina and "uncommitted" as in Kentucky both garnerr more than 40% of the vote against Obama in Democratic primaries the killing an entire industry along with the schools, hospitals, and transportation infrastructure financed by taxes on that industry has its political risks.
