Slow Witted Protestors Lose Legal Battle

The dopes in Judge Judy's court do a better job of defending themselves than these pro-union protestors in Wisconsin. The best argument put forth for an improper arrest is that the defendants were arrested not for what they were doing but because of who they were. No one else was arrested, just the group sitting on the floor of the rotunda. They did admit that they were the only ones in the building at the time. Discrimination pure and simple.

  1. Fined 200 bucks? Well, I'll tell ya, they're not going to stop this behavior with fines that small. Somebody else will pay it.

Their whole plan is to "overwhelm the system" and that's what's happening here. All those resources for 6 dopes, and more on the way.
