Glitter bomber arrested

So finally those cute and funny glitter bombers are getting what they deserve.
A Democrat operative has been arrested for "glitter bombing" (ain't that cute?) Mitt Romney.
And finally these attacks are being taken seriously. The Hill has a couple doctors' reports about the problems the cute glitter bombing can cause as described in another case:
It literally scratched not the cornea, but the white of the eye … [S]ince [glitter isn’t] exactly what you’d call sterile, there’s not only a chance of a scratch, but giving the person an infection.”
And it’s not just the eyes that glitter bomb victims have to worry about.
“If the person’s breathing in, it can be drawn up into the nose and into the sinuses and cause one hell of an infection that’s difficult to get rid of because it’s literally an object … that highly irritates the tissue,” says the doctor.
The "student" is facing six months in jail:
On Tuesday night, a student at Colorado University at Denver was arrested by Secret Service for trying to throw glitter at Mitt Romney. Now sources are telling Colorado Peak Politics that the "glitter bomber" worked for the Colorado state Senate Democrats. This session.
And while the law is finally considering these attacks as assault and finally considering that other materials (like acid) could be thrown on the victim, even the most rabid liberals are reconsidering the glitter bombing, calling it juvenile. Others think it's just so cute and nothing to worry about.
One can only imagine if Barack Hussein Obama were to be glitter bombed.
Would that be cute? Or would it be dangerous?

  1. Well, it would be racist to glitter bomb Obama but I think the bomber who was arrested glitter bombed Romney who is the only candidate who has Secret service protection. This means the White House wants to keep Romney alive since he's the only one they can beat.
