The Occupy movement looks like something put together by the ACLU and tort lawyers. Demonstrators regularly try to goad police into skirmishes that may or may not cross the vague limits of allowable police force. Now we find that the AFL-CIO is promoting something called Occupy CPAC at CPAC's annual meeting next week. I were in a leadership position at CPAC I would hire a dozen personal injury lawyers and a battalion of photographer to document every tort and sue the AF L-CIO to the edge of bankruptcy.
