Let me make sure I've done my research correctly. I want to get this right. Attorney General Eric Holder says that no one in the DOJ knew about Fast and Furious until he read about it in the newspaper. Strike that. Eric Holder was the only one in the DOJ who didn't know about it until he read about it in the newspaper because everyone else in the DOJ sent him memos that he didn't read. In any event, there was no wrong doing in the DOJ that all we need to know. Now we are hearing that an Assistant US Attorney in the Phoenix office, Patrick Cunningham is resigning, has lawyered up, and intends to invoke the fifth amendment protection against self incrimination rather than speak on the record about wrong doings that never occurred while he was working at DOJ. As I have stated before when US Attorneys start taking the fifth something must be wrong. Right? Congressman Darrell Issa lays it out in the video below. It's getting close to special prosecutor time!
