For the second time in as many weeks the Obama administrator has been slapped down 9-0 by the Supreme Court. Last week the Court sent the
EEOC packing by upholding "ministerial privilege" and today the Court threw out the judge drawn reapportionment plan in the Texas redistricting battle. In an earlier
post this blog reported that a DOJ employee working on the Texas case had been caught lying under oath but still retained her position. Today in an unsigned opinion that drew no dissent the Court sent the Texas case back to the district court. I'll bet the administration can't wait to argue the constitutional merits of Obamacare.
