Senator Lieberman to Probe Fast and Furious

Senator Joe Lieberman has indicated that the committee that he chairs will also investigate Fast and Furious. This brings to four, the number of committees in the House and Senate investigating the ATF/DOJ scandal. A Lieberman spokesperson said the new probe would focus on “the lack of interagency coordination along the border. Rumors leaking from a sealed indictment suggest that border agent Brian Terry was killed by an FBI informant. Lieberman is an independent but caucuses with the Senate Democrats. His involvement in the case is probably a subtle message to Holder that it's time to think of spending more time with his family. To date 61 congressmen, two senators, and two governors have called for Holder's scalp. See more here and here.
