Nasty little men

Ron Paul really honks me off. He's such an unpleasant little gremlin, sniping at the other Republican candidates with whom he's frequently shared a stage. His positions on foreign affairs are untenable.
He claims Bachmann and Santorum hate gays and Muslims because they have non-libertarian positions on the groups.
Is this what we are doomed to recycle? If you don't believe the way I do, you are a despicable cad worthy of scathing remarks on late night funnymen's shows.
Really. He's a nasty little SOB.
Speaking of foreign affairs, it's nice to know that the Taliban are not our enemy, according to the current administration. The Biden speaks:
Look, the Taliban per se is not our enemy. That’s critical. There is not a single statement that the president has ever made in any of our policy assertions that the Taliban is our enemy because it threatens U.S. interests. If, in fact, the Taliban is able to collapse the existing government, which is cooperating with us in keeping the bad guys from being able to do damage to us, then that becomes a problem for us.
And we should take this information seriously, regardless of how monstrous the Taliban are and how much they want to kill us, because the current administration is the fourth most accomplished in U.S. history, surpassing even a fellow named Jefferson.
POTUS's belief may be due to the fact that he prioritized health care as the worst Christmas present ever, which, in turn, became more expensive, less flexible and increasingly unpopular.
Oh, well, at least the unemployment numbers look better.
But wait! Is it just the BLS numbers that look better? Or is it reality?
  The acerbic Zero Hedge:
In contrast, Gallup's data suggest little improvement in the jobs situation. December unemployment is up slightly on an unadjusted basis. In fact, the government is likely to report essentially no change in the unemployment rate when it issues its report on December unemployment in the first week of 2012. Of course, this assumes that the labor force doesn't continue to shrink at so rapid a pace that it drives down the unemployment rate, as it did last month. Gallup's most recent weekly job creation numbers also suggest little improvement in the jobs situation. As a result, it may be wise to exercise caution in interpreting the drop in the government's most recent jobless claims numbers." Or, less diplomatically, the BLS is lying like a drunken sailor just as the economy is about to turn. And if BAC continues languishing under $5, it will turn very hard.
You can fool some of the people.
  But not the un/deremployed.
