Is Gingrich "evil," pots ask?

So imagine Republicans sat around and discussed who was "evil" in politics. Here we have Chris Matthews asking Bawney Fwank if he considers Newt Gingrich "evil."
Remember when Reagan called the Soviet Union the "evil empire," and the scurry of shock and cluck clucking that ensued.
And George W. Bush used the term "evil" and the media went wild. A number of left leaning wags, in fact, still call W. an "evildoer" in response to his labeling terrorists as evildoers.
Do you remember the flurry and horror the press and the left exhibited when W. termed Iran, Iraq and North Korea as "the axis of evil," which they most definitely were/are?
So Bawney Fwank, who famously claimed that Fannie and Freddie were "fundamentally sound," even though he engineered the breakdown of the housing market and who claimed he knew nothing about the prostitution ring being run out of his hahahouse, sanctimoniously says he's really reluctant to call Gingrich evil the way Matthews calls Gingrich evil.
The pot Fwank says with Gingrich there's a preponderance of "bad qualities."
