Occupy Movement Records Its First Homicide

I think it's fair to rate the Mayor of Burlington, Vermont, Bob Kiss as a little on the slow side. As the Occupy movement in Burlington gave the movement it first homicide, the mayor is unsure how that will affect the city's policy on the occupation of the park.
