A reelection campaign based on lies

To say we're disappointed in President Obama's recent behavior would be to have initially believed in his truthfulness.
One wonders cynically if all politicians lie. This is something neighbors say to one another.  We raise money to send people to DC to fix the mess THEY have created, some of us naively believing that a fellow from Chicago who spoke of HOPE and CHANGE in front of styrofoam Greek pillars would actually united the country.
Alas, it was not only not to be but quite the contrary.
Playing one group of people off another is pretty usual for politicians.
But to outright lie as the president of the United States is beyond disappointing.
It is ethically and morally reprehensible.
To run a reelection campaign based on lies, deceptions, distortions, class warfare and the hope of creating chaos is beyond selfish. Beyond politics. It speaks of someone who appears to have no moral core.
From the NY Post today, we have a little article exposing the lies. Even the most liberal among us (AP) mocked POTUS's latest attempt to deceive the public:

The news agency culled figures from a number of key authorities -- like the IRS and the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center -- and demonstrated conclusively that top US earners pay far higher rates than other folks.
And foot a wildly outsized portion of the federal tax tab.
So, if you ask, yeah. We want Obama to fail.
Because Obama wants this country to fail. And he wants to be reelected based on lies.
