Obama's Uncle Has Social Security Number

Obama's drunken uncle Omar has a social security number and has held a valid Massachusetts driver license since 1992. Would it be crass to ask if he has a birth certificate too? He is being held without bond awaiting a deportation hearing. The family has a troubled history of alcoholism and a near paranoid aversion to producing personal documentation.
