Bill Clinton And Jim Crow

Why does New Hampshire make it almost impossible for students who go to school in New Hampshire but come from other states to vote in New Hampshire? Because they are by definition out of state students. They are free to go home and vote in their own states which many would like to do after first voting in New Hampshire. Why is every effort to insure honest elections resisted by the Democrat party? Does eliminating same day registration make it more difficult to vote? Of course it does but it also helps insure honest elections. The upshot of Mr. Clinton's argument is honest elections favor Republicans and less than fair elections favor the Democrats. Sadly both the Chicago civic ethic "vote early and vote often" and Jim Crow are both creations of the former President's own party.
