Yeeha-morning roundup

One of the more bizarre cases of political chameleonism is the case of Little Green Footballs's Charles Johnson.
Previously his blog was read obsessively by many in the war against terror. He carefully documented cases of extremism by the Religion of Peace and one day suddenly turned left wing.
Weasel Zippers has a story on his current belief that Palin hatred is simply right wing talking points. Apparently he thinks there is no such thing.
Read Zip here and then look at this Facebook page over at Gateway Pundit.
  Right wing talking points?

Red State's questioning who won the budget showdown:
The question for the Wall Street Journal editors and like minded Republicans is this:  If you consider it reckless to shutdown the government over Obamacare, how will you enforce that provision of Paul Ryan’s budget in September?  When will we ever eliminate it if we refuse to utilize the electoral mandate to fulfill our promise of defunding Obamacare?  The dirty little secret is that we will have to use some sort of extraordinary, back door means to annul Obamacare (government shutdown, debt ceiling, budget reconciliation or change in Senate rules assuming that we win back the Senate without 60 votes).  We will not have enough votes to extirpate it through the front door.

Apparently the board of Madison schools asked the teachers' union to pay part of their health insurance for show, and then rescinded it. The Daily Page:
Now here’s some more bad news. When the school board ratified the hurry-up-and-git-er-done contract, it announced that teachers would pay 12 percent of their health insurance costs. That did not last long. The co-pay, sought statewide in Gov. Walker’s budget bill, now stalled in Judge Sumi’s court, has been eliminated in the Madison school district budget.

They're calling it a smoking gun. Probably when you're planning something illegal, you ought not to leave the message on an answering machine. The Daily Page again.

And the recall petitions go forward. Good luck, y'all.
