She was disgusted so she threatened to kill them

Since when does disgust rate a murder threat?
She was disgusted by what the lawmakers were threatening to do so, naturally, she allegedly threatened to kill them by hunting them down and allegedly blowing them up, being an elementary teacher accustomed to dealing with kindergarteners, after all.
So the cops ask if she planned on following through with her threats so, naturally, she said, no, of course not.
So naturally they let her out, charged here with a couple felonies and a couple misdemeanors.
Sometime late in April, she'll appear in a court.
But she's not a threat, oh, no. She repeatedly used the word "we" claiming she was part of a group but that's probably just part of her plan to frighten them, being a young and new teacher and all. She probably wouldn't have done anything, anyway, since she used an email that helped to track her down. Will be interesting to see if that was a school email.
  Funny. Real funny.
But lots of real funny stuff is going on in Wisconsin, like the fact that the cops, who are not included in the union reorganization, the COPS are threatening businesses who don't post a sign in their windows supporting the *workers of the world* they'll be boycotted. Now, of course, if the cops and the firefighters are pushing this, does that mean that the cops and firefighters won't respond to calls for help from businesses who do not want to remain, NEUTRAL?
  How is this legal?
