The electorate: no more mulligans

As almost every political wonk knows by now, the Wisconsin Supreme Court race is a nailbiter. The significance of this race is, of course, that it will determine the course of the reform Governor Walker has put into place.
Mind you, Walker and the reformers wrote and voted on legislation which, they say, will put the state on balance financially.
The unions are more interested in the paychecks of their workers and, in the loss os that argument, their own power and money on a national level and that is why nationally 3 million dollars were poured into the state.
Meanwhile Ohio and other states have passed or are about to pass legislation that is as or more restrictive than Wisconsin's. Unfortunately for Wisconsin, that state has taken all the attention and dollars away from the other battles.
But watching the results last night on Twitter, in the back of my mind I kept thinking that Prosser had to have many more votes to actually win because of the cheating that is done on a national, state and local level.
Like finding "ballots" in the trunk of a Democrat worker's car.
  Or in someone's house's closet.
  Or out of thin air.
  It's become routine.
  People expect it.
In states like Michigan, it is common knowledge votes from certain cities are withheld until the end of the count depending on how many votes are needed to swing the election.
We're seeing that very thing happen in Wisconsin, as Althouse comments:
There's one more precinct in Madison's Dane County. You can try to calculate what that precinct should be, using the 73-27% difference between the candidates in the 248 precincts that have reported, but I'd like to know what part of town the nonreporting precinct is in. More important, I'd like to know why that one precinct hasn't reported, because, without more, I'm suspicious that politicos with a "by any means necessary" attitude are waiting to see how many votes are needed.
Though we are down to 7 precincts not yet reporting, we know what's coming.
A fight over ballots somebody found somewhere irregular.
Unfortunately for the Democrats, this means their plan to overturn the Walker bill has to have more excuses to stretch out the length of time the activist judge needs to keep it from going into effect. The fight could last for months.
What is really sad to me is that we have grown accustomed to this type of fighting.
  It's appalling and yet predictable.
How can political independents ignore this kind of behavior?
Democrats are lauded by the MSM and leftists for leaving their responsibility and hiding in another state, disregarding the results of a legitimate election.
When they lose at the ballot box, they start an orchestrated campaign of "It's all about the children and the women!" sob story, then move to the courts to get what they want from activist judges.
Many union members cannot see (rather than do not want to see) that, to save their pensions not to mention the future for their children, changes must be made. The gravy train has stopped rolling. The unions, many of which are nationally more concerned about Marxism than opportunity, really are about power for themselves, not for their membership.
In an increasingly moribund, desperate and lawbreaking Democrat party that is willing to do anything to win, the Democrats have demanded more money from donors even though there is no announced Republican candidate. $35,000 a seat? Puhleeze.
Turning to Al Sharpton for help?
  Puhleeze.
The wacky left wing of the Democrat party has taken charge. Moderates are not wanted.
This won't last forever but, as the Midnight Radio guys say, let 'em talk.
Let 'em keep talkin', because what we're seeing is absolutely appalling, rotten to the core and being exposed for the stinking carcass that it is.
The electorate has reaffirmed the direction of the state of Wisconsin, which was hardcore blue in the last presidential election.
The electorate has rejected the foul odor that is emanating from DC and the Chicago tactics being employed around the country.
They may try to steal this election with the magical appearance of Democrat votes ("Look! I found a box that has 98% Democrat votes in it! Isn't that remarkable, guys????")
But they can't steal the message even though, tactically, it would be better if they'd back off on the theft this time because the electorate is on to 'em and this will only solidify the perception (reality) that these people cheat to win, even when everybody knows what they're up to.
But knowing the proclivities of these greedy thugs, they'll go for broke.
The country has spoken: no more mulligans.
  It ain't cute anymore.
And it's certainly not a mutual wink wink that we'll tolerate what you're up to.
Like the dotty uncle we all laugh about at family picnics who cheats at golf, "forgets" to pay his share of the bill and tells great tales that we all know are lies but we have tolerated in our magnanimity, the Democrat party has been indulged for years.
Unfortunately the doddering decrepit old fool has become egregiously abusive of the family and can no longer be ignored. He must be dealt with and dealt with firmly.
Reform has been reaffirmed. You can crow all you want to if the activist judge wins, but when one considers that the millions of dollars poured into the state, the sympathetic media and the thug tactics have resulted in only a tie in the bluest of states, you know that it's time to put Uncle into assisted living, because he sure hasn't done a great job of living on his own.
Somehow the activist candidate is ahead, miraculously.
