Why does the Left hate women?

  Well, Malkin has done it again. She's put together an absolutely excruciating list of references to the Left's slurs against women. 
  Oh, not just any women. 
  It's always conservative women. This one involves a talk show host who decided, for no apparent reason other than ideological differences, to trash the Republican Lt. Governor who happens to be an attractive female.
