Ohio exempt from obamacare

According to Michelle Malkin, Ohio is one of 4 key states exempt from obamacare, in addition to over 700 organizations.

While the Democrats continued to extol Obamacare and the president defended the behemoth law during the Date of the Union, HHS was quietly presiding over a massive Obamacare Waiver-mania explosion.
When last we examined the growing list, privileged escapees topped 222.
Now: The list now at 729 — plus 4 states (Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, and Tennessee).
Note that the four states are also key to The One's reelection.
The full list of waivers can be found here. The list includes school systems, particular high schools, cities, lots and lots of unions, companies and states. It's pretty breathtaking and really makes a person wonder what you have to do to get a waiver (not).
How did this happen? Very interesting since Ohio went red.
  Still looking for that info.
