Shock: sexual assault alleged at TSA

This posting, available here by a blogging mommy, is, admittedly, shocking and NSFW. My carrots stopped midway to their destination when I started reading it. Rather than repeating it here, you need to read this yourself.
We have to ask ourselves: Are these invasive techniques making us safe/r? Do the methods the TSA employs work? Would a TSA agent running his or her hands into your pants prevent an underwear bomber from succeeding in an attempted plot? Is this freedom? Are you willing to let someone put their hands down your pants and touch your genitals to ascertain whether you have some destructive device hidden in your underwear? What's next?
And why can't the TSA seem to understand that the most effective screening agency in the world does NONE of this? That it is political correctness that does not allow us to us behavior as a test, not hand searches of private parts?
  Are we down to this?
or this from Tulsa World?
