Joe Miller vs Rahm Emanuel

Recently Rahm Emanuel had a news reporter defending him against a reporter whose questions the pro Rahm reporter didn't like. This reporter ran interference for Emanuel; it becomes pretty obvious whose side the first reporter is on. However, when Joe Miller's security team tries to stop a left wing blogger who assaulted one of the security team, the media ignore the story. Read over at  Dan Riehl:

Yet, as regards this new Miller non-story, the media doesn't seem the least bit interested in pointing out that the alleged editor is little more than a progressive hobbyist trying to damage Joe Miller's campaign with what amounts to a blog, falsely portrayed as a serious media enterprise. See here and here for more.
If you're from the Right, they attempt to marginalize you, dismissing you as a non-journalist. But if you're with the Left, they accord you every sympathy and undeserved credibility as that very thing. It's not news, but it is why American media continues to need a kick in the balls, whether our politicians are fighting it out, or not.
