The Silencing of Bloggers, pt 2

This domain name has been seized by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
We do not know what happened; there have been no reasons given for the government's overtaking 73000 blogs and thousands of message boards.
The government has issued no reasons; the statement that exists in place of the server, posted below, now says something about copyright infringement, but the owners of the services say they followed copyright law.
In addition, no one is talking and no one is allowed to talk. This is an ominous act; there were no legal hoops that were jumped through. Instead the services were just stopped by the government. Why?
Don't the people of the United States have a right to know?
Our tax dollars at work again? Don't we have a Constitution by which we abide?
What really has some observers scratching their heads is that it's unclear under what circumstance a law enforcement group could walk in and order an Internet host to boot a customer off the Web without any apparent warning or court order?
Was there due process?
None of this makes sense, according to one law enforcement official with experience in cybercrime investigations who wasn't connected to the cases but wished to be anonymous because he is isn't authorized to speak on the matter.
