More on Gulf cleanup holdups

There are a number of reasons, according to the Christian Science Monitor, from even THEIR point of view. Of course, they are even trying to pin the mess on the four governors for not utilizing the National Guard troops, even though there are other circumstances:

 It appears the left is trying to blame the gulf shore destruction on JINDAL now, in Louisiana, for not deploying more National Guard troops to the area. Apparently, though, all the jobs have to be approved by the government. In addition, Jindal doesn't want to pay the troops to stand around to do nothing.
