Jones Act still not waived, most aid still not accepted-imagine health care

We ask again: Mr. president: Is this because these states have Republican governors? Are these states not blue enough for you? Why are you acting as if you are doing something about cleaning up the oil when everything is chaotic down there, no one's in charge and the wildlife continues to die? Why are you forcing cities like Destin, Florida to take measures on their own? Why?  Is this deliberate? Why must people beg their government to do what their tax dollars pay them to do? And do you honestly think anyone wants to transfer health care to the federal government? If it takes this long to approve the use of extraordinary measures, the patient will already be dead.
