Gore: police didn't collect evidence, then dropped case for lack of evidence

They did not charge Al Gore with any crime because there wasn't enough evidence. But they didn't collect the evidence because it wasn't, um, evidentiary. Or something.

Does that make sense? They didn't collect the evidence because it had no value but they didn't press charges because there wasn't any evidence, which they didn't collect.


Right. No favoritism there.
