How much of a problem is there? How much oil is going to be leaking? It sounds like the oil in the Gulf of Mexico is the largest oil reserve anywhere, contrary to what Dear Leader said in his unnerved little speech the other night. The oil spill could do on for years and years. Read this:
Did you know that it took the Army Corps of Engineers longer to make an environmental assessment than it did for the oil to get to shore? What's the point of having a group like this? And when do we ask them to meet a higher quality standard of work product, like the rest of the world? The Army Corps of Engineers. Remember? Aren't they the ones who flubbed up the levees weren't built right? And wasn't it their fault that the levees failed? Look here at CBS:
Why is our government not asking experts in the field for help, rather than depending on academics who don't know anything about what they're doing? Why do the Coast Guard and Army Corps of Engineers not seem to be meeting standards of timelines and efficiency?
