I did not run for president to preside over the American decline

This video is unbelievable. The One blinks furiously, tightens his jaw, talks about how awful Republicans are and how he inherited "the mess" and weally weally didn't want to take over the auto industry, etc. Ugh. Sickening. It's never his fault; it's pretty obvious, however, that he's backtracking from his actions so far and trying to act like he doesn't own any of them.
