Free college in Michigan! Everybody head up there!

So here is what they're proposing in Michigan to close the gap in funding schools and everything else in Michigan. They're going to give everyone 2 years of college.... FREE!!! Yep! That'll do it! That'll take care of business. That'll bring back industry and jobs. AND increase preschool AND increase school funding...
