Another job scam from the government

Story after story has emerged about the scam that is the Census, not to mention all the ads that are still running advertising it. Now it is discovered that the Census is being used to inflate job numbers enormously, not just from the number of workers hired but the number of workers rehired, time after time at an hour a "job."
