Sean Hannity controversy

Across the blogosphere has bubbled up a controversy about Sean Hannity's association with Freedom Alliance. Allegations have been made by Debbie Schlussel that Sean is greedy and that Freedom Alliance does not give much of the money it earns to wounded warriors, but instead much of his concerts' proceeds go to personally benefiting Sean. Several bloggers have been coming to his defense. Michelle Malkin has all the links associated with debunking Schlussel's claims. Schlussel's writing is often bitter and vindictive; she has had a gripe with Sean (and others) for years because she says they do not attribute her work. The same complaint has been made about Glenn Beck. One of the problems with attributing to bloggers is that, once a topic catches fire, bloggers build on other bloggers' work, as problems are solved and other issues are raised. Although these accusations are upsetting if true, it appears that Schlussel is wrong.
